Still Nothing Regarding Veteran's Quest

Was trying to be really patient on this but still no solution even after filling out the form (which is no longer there). I was a day on collector's edition buyer and didn't received the shader et all from the Veteran's quest. I've been preoccupied with other stuff and remembered that I never got confirmation on this being addressed or fixed. A follow up would be great.

Go to Eva Levante or the shader kiosk, if your shader isn't there then i am sad to say you will never recieve it because Bungie has said that if haven't recieved something (any exclusive emblem, shader etc.) that you qualify for then you will never get it.
