Favourite video game sounds?
You got a sound you enjoy hearing in a video game? Be it either the sound of a weapon, or simply your characters footsteps, feel free to post yours in the comments.
Personally I've always enjoyed the countdown timer of Halo Multiplayer when starting a game or respawning.

The classic Halo shield recharge noise. I miss it. Come to think of it, I miss a lot of the classic Halo sound effects.

Edited by Occhi07: 4/11/2016 3:36:35 PMThis is going to be weird, but I loved in AC4 when I would spawn on my ship, and before I do anything, the sailers would just start singing. Don't get me wrong, it did get really annoying, but I loved when I would be texting before I would do anything, and they just start singing "What do you do with a drunken sailor, what do you do with a drunken sailor, what do you do with a drunken sailor early in the morning?" I also enjoy the noise the vaultboy makes when he like winks or something when your hovering over a perk in Fallout 4. I find them funny. Oh, and almost all of Ruby (emerald) version. I had over 400 hours in that game, on 1 save. which was like my 5th play through. I just decided to stop restarting and just keep playing.

1 ReplyReloading wonder weapons "Last lap" in Mario Kart Menu button presses in SOCOM (except the loadout selection which was harsh and disagreeable) The tracking noise on the loading screens in Battlefront 1 And I haven't even played Metal Gear and I know the "spotted" sound.

Edited by digidv85: 4/11/2016 4:40:17 AMI don't have a favorite but I do have a most hated; the sound of baby Mario crying in that SNES game where you play different colored Yoshis. Sorry but I can't remember the name. That sound though made me want to cut my ears off.
