Ice Breaker exploit in Trials is for SCRUBS.
DON'T FRONT, NO ONE WAS USING IT IN TRIALS A WEEK AGO NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IT'S A VIABLE OPTION? NO, IT'S BECAUSE THEY TOOK YOUR PRECIOUS SPECIAL AMMO.
If you're doing this you're pathetic.
It happened in my first game of Trials this weekend. All 3 had Icebreakers then switched to their 1000 yards later. The game's been changed for a reason, play it the way it's meant to be played now.
Go ahead and disagree. I won't care. You ladyboys always gotta find an exploit to get cheap kills instead of playing the game right. If you NEED sniper ammo that bad to get a kill then there's more wrong with you than just being a coward in a fake fight.

7 RepliesI agree. I hope they change it so swapping automatically removes all ammo until you recollect from a box. But that's my opinion. It's going to keep happening no matter how much you call em out on it. Just hope Bungie fixes it soon.

Explain the logic of being a coward in a fake fight, because you realize that makes no sense. If it's fake what would anyone have to be afraid of or of your opinion for that matter? Yes, the game has changed, so if I need sniper ammo, then yes, why *not* use the sniper rifle that *gives* me free ammo. Hmmmm, let me think about this OP.... Get free ammo to start or wait? Get free ammo to start or wait? Okay, simple answer...I'm getting the free ammo.

By the time that they get the bullets the special ammo will drop. It's not a very effective strategy.

What if we use icebreaker but don't switch? Because I love icebreaker just for the sniper it is, not its perk.

8 RepliesYour opinion is your opinion, but don't call it cheating. Not when anyone can use a gun that's provided in the game. It's not that tough, don't get clipped early and team shot, if you have 310+ light and he has 284, it won't take much.

Its not an exploit, its a game mechanic.

There is no "right way" to play the game. There are tools and glitches that are annoying to deal with, but if they're there, you might as well use them.

The gun functions the same as it always has. It's Bungie's fault for not realizing this would happen. It's the best Y1 secondary.
