Stop -blam!-ing Smoking
It pisses me off how every time I do a raid there is that one douche who says, "I gotta smoke" or "Gimme a minute hit the bong" and everyone ends up waiting ten -blam!-ing minutes. Can you not wait 30 to smoke or do whatever the shit you are doing? I can get married and raise a family in the time it takes you to smoke. I just want to get the raid done, not sit around making awkward smalltalk with these people who are going to quit if you don't -blam!-ing come back after a reasonable amount of time. so please for the love of god, wait or actually take as long as you said you would.
In fact any break that takes longer than 5 minutes pisses me off. What are you doing? There is no fun in waiting I can tell you that.

It's fùcking rude and obnoxious to expect other people to sit and try to stay entertained while you go off for a leisurely smoke, or drink, or a snack, whichever. We aren't all there to just jump around the pads trying to fill in, we could be off doing other shît. Ignorant, selfish, rude.

He's great at the game, but seems to need to go out and smoke "herb" every 4 or 5 matches it seems. Then we end up waiting at least 15 mins on him. Sometimes he doesn't even return that day. So we don't play with him anymore. I smoke "herb" too, but I don't just abandon my fireteam or make them wait on me just to smoke. And I would kick any random constantly making me wait on him for something like that if I were the party leader.
