Oryx Challenge is Impossible
Its too hard, its basically impossible.
I cant use the no knight strat and its too hard any other way.
Can anyone give me some tips or help me?
I play on the Xbox One if youre willing to help.
Edit 1: For all you kids telling me to git gud or calling me a skrub please stop it really hurts my feelings
Edit 2: 90% of you kids saying youre better than me are filthy liars
Edit 3: Seems like titans are a crutch for this part can anyone confirm?

2 RepliesNot impossible but very difficult to have everyone go flawlessly through. We just did oryx normal but we're practicing with challenge mode in mind. Got to the end 3 times with 16 orbs...I have no idea what went wrong each time but the orbs detonated each time and oryx didn't lose health. We did it conventionally in one try and split.

Its all about good communication and a good understanding of everything that has to happen. Last time it was here I did it on all 3 characters, and two of them were lfg teams. It takes a large devotion of time though. Be prepared to beat it anywhere between the first run (it happened to me 3 weeks ago with randos) or upwards of three hours in.

Beat it yesterday with 5 hunters and 1 Titan.. 3 of the guys it was the first time theyve done it. Not hard, just need someone who knows what theyre doing to explain things in detail. No knight strat is lame and is actually more stressful than 16 orb strat... FYI

Git gud. Or, get two bubble Titans with touch to stand in the middle of the room and melt ogres, adds and the fourth knight. Everybody else just does a little DPS and kills their knight. It isn't even a big deal if they miss their knights because they can tell bubble bros in the middle and they will take care of it.

I find challenge mode easier than the "No Knight Strat"

Keep two people in the middle down low with touch of malice to take care of ogres and then each person go opposite of their platform and help on that ogre. Meet back in middle dps oryx take care of all adds then kill shade of oryx repeat till 4th round and detonate the orbs. There's your help with oryx challenge now for help in the forums don't say people are hurting your feelings you really make it worse on yourself

It is difficult. It just takes some time to get all the mechanics down. Just watch some videos and make sure you dedicate each person a job and keep practicing. Once you get a rythem it isn't too hard.
