*he activates his armor's shields, and freezes the area around him, freezing the elite as well. He walks over to it, and slashes its limbs off. He backs away, reading himself just in case it has some other way to attack

There was none. A woman stood outside one side of the force field. She was thin, scared and lightly armed with a pistol.

She was startled by him and raised the pistol. Her hands shook as she aimed. She didn't talk, she was scared, that much was obvious.
