Crucible, Actually Balance the Teams.
This isn't a post about skill of the players on each team, more a post about the number of players in the game.
A problem I've been seeing a lot in Iron Banner, games being started where one team is a player down and having to play for the majority of the game with 1 less player. Why bother to start the game if one team is clearly at a disadvantage from the beginning?
