BO3 multiplayer is dissapointing, what do you guys think?

Yup the game is lame. It's been a few weeks now. This is NOT BLACK OPPS. Worst Black Opps ever.

Well, Guardians, I have a fondness for everything FPS. It's by far my personal favorite video game style. Which is why it is so dissapointing to have to admit that the new Treyarch addition to COD is not that good. I have always enjoyed Treyarch CODs and personally thought that they were the only company that "got it" when it came to making a modern type military shooter.
This game feels like AW and that's not good. The maps are boring, the weapons are uninspiring and the sound effects are dull. I've been at it now for two days, waiting for this game to click in my head. It's just not happening. The first time I played WaW, BO and BO2 I was hooked immediately. Not so this time. What the heck, #Treyarch ? Why are you copying AW and Halo and Destiny? Stick to your own play style!! Stick to what you are good at!! I'm very dissapointed.... what does everyone else think?
(I could care less about zombie mode so whatever)
(The campaign is awesome, yes, definitely worth a rental to play through it. Fantastic actors)

The multiplayer is just CoD. Expecting anything different would be foolish. The campaign is fun though.

Maybe it's just me but it feels like you die a lot faster in bo3. Almost like your playing hardcore.

It's fun, if you manage to join a game, I spent 15 minutes trying to join but host migration happens constantly

Maps are dumb and graphics way more cartoony and worse than AW. Campaign is OK. Better than the other 2, but then again the other two BO campaigns were bad, lmao. Zombies is disgraceful. Considering WaW, BO1, and BO2 zombies were the most amazing sub features of a game ever, it was truly disappointing to see the new map. They even put in a SECOND REMAKE of Der Riese, like seriously? You have to bring a remade map back again just to make your content look good? Same with Nuketown, except I get why they bring that back; it's the signature mp map that everyone loves. Although Der Riese is an amazing map, they simply should not have remade it again, as it just shows they have no other ideas. Shadow of Veils is easy and very shitty to say the least. The game is a solid 5. Halo 5 is a 9. Fallout 4 is a 9.5.

1 ReplyI find in the three rounds of team deathmatch I engaged in, I was getting wrecked close to every five seconds by the tiniest spurt of gunfire. Granted this is the first CoD game I've played online so I can't make comparisons to your life span from other CoDs but compared to something like Destiny your health bar is a fraction of what you could take as a Guardian. I'll get back to it at some point in the future. Not because I've rage quit, I'm fairly used to getting murdered frequently in Battlefield Hardline, but because Fallout 4's world is so engaging I can't get enough of it. In any case everyone has their own opinion about anything and everything so let it be I guess.

It feels nothing like AW and is much better than any Destiny PVP. The wall running and boost jump mechanic fit into the style and flow of the game but aren't necessarily needed to do well. Graphics are nice, some of the gun sounds are done well. I disagree with your opinion that BO3 is a bad CoD game, in fact it's better than the previous 2 and has the potential to eclipse BO2

I just miss the days when CoD weapons had recoil. Honestly that will make bring me back to the multiplayer. All the weapons feel bland and the TTK is way too quick.

4 RepliesAfter playing the beta I was very unimpressed with the maps and gameplay. The few maps weren't designed for the wall running aspect and felt like a last minute add-on. All the clips I've seen, it seems like no one is actually using it. From what I've seen its the same camping bs as all other COD games.
