I don't use hidden hand, because I'm a really good sniper in the first place, when I did use it I hated it. I felt like it didn't work as well as it should

Honestly I used to be trash with every sniper. I'm still not as good as most of thr people I've seen on the upper end of trials matches but I've gotten much better with a lot of practice. I've ran exclusively with the sniper in most matches to prepare for trials and it's actually helped a lot. I don't think the aim assist is at %1000 lol, just that people practice like crazy with it or are just that good at sniping.

13 RepliesPeople have said this in all of the moronic posts like this, but, Hereafter has 75 AA, when the 1000 Yard Stare has 56. Also, year one snipers had way more aim assist, mainly due to the fact that you could re-roll them to get Hidden Hand. Nobody bitched about it because they were too busy bitching about shotguns. Now that shotties are fine, people have to find [i]something[/i] to bitch about. Nothing can be balanced, as people will find a way to complain about it when they get killed in crucible and can't accept that that person is more skilled than them. TL;DR: Shut up and stop bitching, Y1 snipers were worse.

21 Replies1000 yard stare aim assist (56) isn't even close to the aim assist of the hereafter (75) or the raid sniper Yasmin (69). Now those snipers you can get sky sniped by (players are able to jump in the air and snipe you with hereafter and Yasmin easily) Only reason you see 1000 yard stares more is because it's impact is high enough to resurrect snipe (when you get revived and get immediately sniped).
