So I have been using rhe Ruinwings for awhile now and ever since one of the more recent updates, they have actually [b][u][/u][/b]DECREASED my chance of getting heavy ammo instead of increasing it. Before i would get ammo on almost every kill and now i never get it, is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
