I had found a loophole with the exotic engrams. If you are willing to sacrifice one of your weaker characters, then this is for you. First, put your exotic engrams in the vault. Second, make new character Third, take engrams out of the vault with new characters. The engrams should come out as their year 1 counterparts, which only require lvl 20. Shoot away, bros!
