I benched my thorn. Anyone else?
Honestly have grown to hate this weapon since I have benched it. Now it's all about the last word for small maps. And Hopscotch Pilgrim for ranged maps.
Anyone else finally bench the thorn? I hope the nerf kills it personally. Haha.
What's your load outs these days?

If I'm using a hand cannon it's gotta be hawkmoon. Other than that I use mostly scout rifles.

I benched it 2 days after I got it. Got a second one just to shard it, felt good :) I've used Messenger on bigger maps, but I'm starting to experiment with VoC now on the same maps. Beast, just beast :)

I stopped using Thorn because, after a Hiatus, I was significantly better with other weapons. Like The Red Hand IX. Don't know why. Shit, I perform better than my Crucible buddies when I'm not using any Exotics, and they're decked out. Besides, Thorn is little more than an annoyance. Hawkmoon, TLW, even the Messenger are more annoying to deal with.

I was out gunning thorn and even some snipers fairly frequently during this last IB with hopscotch pilgrim. With max stability, that thing isn't even fair. So easy to headshot from halfway across the map.

It's been benched since probably about April, same for TLW. They make me feel dirty and scrublike.

I'm not a scrub, so it never came off the bench. I tried it in a couple of games, I felt so dirty, my first game on in iron banner a couple of months ago I went 25-0, it's a case of, if you're a scrub , here's a thorn. Instantly come top of the leaderboard with this weapon, approved by scrubs everywhere, get yours today by boosting in PVP to get your void kills. There's a reason you use it, you're a scrub, that's why most of you boosted to get the PVP part of the bounty done.

I alternate. It's fun using the dot to track the enemy running from me. And I just love collecting salt.

I don't bench Thorn all the time. Switch between hopscotch pilgrim and I pull out Thorn when I get -blam!-ed from all sides with it.

Never used thorn in pvp, usually run red death/spare change and shotgun secondary

Didn't even use thorn before it was good. Been hawkmoon/ shotty since week 1. Don't really play enough to justify swapping up my styles. Every time I pick up a sniper I do good but it just doesn't feel right. At least shotguns are fun but hey you people have officially nerfed the shotgun like 5 times now right? Nothing is sacred. Shit I was using hawkmoon before most ppl even knew what it was, but of course ppl always come out of the woodworks to say I'm on the handcannon band wagon. Lately I have been using the messenger. Got all the adept weapons within the first month so I figured hey I got em and now they are gonna be obsolete I might as well try them. Messenger is pretty sweet. I like the scholar more though I think. I dunno, I bounce around a bit but always go back to the good ol hawkmoon/ shotty...it just feels [i]balanced[/i].

Yeah I did the bounty, then immediately benched it. All I wanted was to have them all in the collection, I dont use most of the exotics.

I benched it until I was playing skirmish and got triple teamed with thorn...back out it came, after not using it for a good month or two. :-/
