2 RepliesI'd run those robes in nightfalls and strikes these days. Not like I need the perks from any other exotic armor during those times. So why not farm extra glimmer.

I feel like these new exotics are more form over function. Meaning they look cool but the perks are not as useful. Idk this is just my opinion. I will wait to use them and see but so far it's a form vs function.

The armor's perks are terrible and the shotgun is only useful in 1v1 situations.

Helm is pretty trash, as almost everyone already hates angel of light. Looks nice though. The shotty has nice potential and would actually require aiming. Perhaps allowing it switch like murmur to all 3 elements would really make it one of he new prime time exotics. The robes look amazing but the perks are ok. The glimmer is meh but would really be good if it applied to all ammo types. The orbs are also an ok feature, but when people see orbs they usually pop their super to waste some enemies, then pick them up for a new super. Maybe if it also had "picking up orbs (without a full super charge) fills some of your melee and grenade energy" it would really be nice and make you think about your orb usage.

Titan helm is cool looking garbage. Angel of light is just an easy way to die, unless you're hiding inside with a shotgun.

I'm okay with the robes. They aren't great but not horrible. Wish the orb perk could change though. Maybe if your super is full it starts charging your next super or something like that.

Still early, only 2 armor pieces in, but not really feeling anything exotic about these pieces. Weren't exotics supposed to shape and play style. Unless the new play styles are maybe get glimmer or hold on to your supers, I just don't get it. Especially if some of the pieces that do alter play style aren't coming forward.

Whoa!!!!! Those new warlock robes sound damn cool. Collecting primary ammo might give you glimmer, (meh, but still nice) and collecting orbs while super is charged refills your melee and grenade cool downs is damn cool! I want!!!!!!!

See you guys aren't thinking right. They are obviously creating terrible exotics so once they lift the "one exotic piece" limit no one will be over powered. Everyone will be running around will full exotic gear. Too bad the gear is garbage.

Losing a bunch of exotic armour in transition to year 2, "No back up plans" one of the worst Y1 armours makes it through to Y2 and now we're looking at 2/2 (so far) terrible exotic armours. Is there going to be anything decent to use in Y2? Disappointed :o

Warlocks will you wear the Ram (if it get's upgraded) Heart of Praxis Fire (if it get's upgraded) or the Glimmer farming rope in crucible/raids/strikes? Hard decisions will have to be made ....
