Bungie's STREAM 19/08 - Everything from the stream! DOUBLED VAULT SPACE!!!!!

- [b]DOUBLED VAULT SPACE!!!!!![/b]
- Emblem, Exotic, Ships, Shader collections,
- 40 Levels to level up by EXP,
- Light level will be Defense and Attack into one stat,
- Stats (intellect etc.) have more detailed info like "cooldown" time.
- You can track your bounties!
- You can finish bounties without going to the tower,
- Spark of Light boost your new character to level 25!
- You can pick the weapon you want to show in the tower,
- Class items are useful now,
- Faction packages are GUARANTEED LEGENDARY GEAR!!
- Higher chance to get a shader from packages etc.
- If you have a specific shader you will have a higher chance to get a different one!
- Exchange materials for reputation in factions,
- Nightfall tier rewards from 1 weekly bounty!
- You can earn how many marks you want(limit is 200 but when you use them you can play more and collect them again and again)
- If you earned a specific exotic in year 1 you have the upgraded version waiting for you in the EXOTIC COLLECTION machine!
- You can buy legendary engrams from Cryptarch!
- INFUSE! You can "upgrade" year-2 weapon by consuming other legendary weapon. Upgrade = increase attack number!
- Sword Weapon in the heavy slot,
- Motes of Light can be used to upgrade weapons in the Taken King,
- Artifacts will require Lv40 in order to use,
- Only Year Two legendaries create Legendary Marks. Year One make shards,
- Vanguard, Crucible, and One Pledged Faction gain Reputation all at once,

3 RepliesEdited by SFC Pestilence: 8/19/2015 7:12:17 PMfrom what I saw or could tell though it seems like you have to buy the newer more powerful versions of your exotics using glimmer/legendary marks. so you have them unlocked but it's not so simple to upgrade to them. edit: also not all year ones had an upgraded version :( on the infusions he said you use a more powerful weapon to upgrade the one you want also. so a 190 to upgrade a 180 not the other way around.

Edited by Mufasa7295: 8/19/2015 7:23:44 PMSo my understanding of the exotics is that all year 1 exotics can be brought up to year 2 in terms of damage values, and some exotics (such as Suros) are getting modifications to their perks and stats. Any exotic already held, no matter when you acquired it, can be replicated in order to replace one you may have dismantled or to give a second copy to another of your characters. Is this accurate? I want to be able to bring my Queenbreaker and Dreg's Promise up to the necessary damage levels to compete with the legendaries and exotics of year 2. Can I do this?
