Either seeds and all the glimmer Consumables
Hi I am needing some help or advice on how to get either seeds, I been killing high ranked fallen, but not getting any either seeds, how can I obtain them?

Killing yellow-barred fallen enemies has a random chance to drop them. Also, bosses on strikes drop a couple of them.
