The way I see it, Ghorn is OP because it out damages everything because of Wolfpack.
Unless the rounds get nerfed into cottonballs, it'll still out DPS everything. So the point of the nerf is moot.
If anything, it's an excuse to nerd Gally because of the bulletsponge bosses falling too fast.
