Witcher 3 is better than destiny
It has something called story and open world. Something destiny was supposed to have.
Oh and the loot system isn't shit

funny how CD Projekt Red has done it with waaaaay lower budget too ;) ...many will comment that "those are different games you're comparing", but while they might be right, there's sooooo much Destiny, and especially BungieVISION could learn from CD Projekt Red's Witcher, for one, how to TREAT their customers ;)

2 RepliesTotally agree! But...will I be playing the Witcher 3 for 500+ hours? Answer: Probably not. Which one will I continue playing for the next couple of months? Answer: Destiny. Which will be on my game shelf for months until I decide to play it "for old times"? Answer: Witcher 3. Which am I more likely to be playing in a year? Answer: Destiny. But the Witcher 3 is better? Why aren't I heavily invested in it to the point where I actively have to try to not play it? (Like I am with Destiny) Will I be playing the Witcher 3 a year from now? Answer: Probably not. Conclusion: Yes, the Witcher 3 is, by gaming standards, better. However, I'm going to spend more time playing Destiny than the Witcher 3. Destiny will make more money than the Witcher 3. Destiny has a bigger fan base than the Witcher 3. But thank god it has a story right?

Comparing single player games to multiplayer................

After playing Destiny regularly since it came out I'm finding other games rather lonely. Bought witcher 3, far cry 4, and Dragon Age Inquisition but NPCs are just not doing it for me anymore. Destiny was my first multiplayer and it really changed how I feel about gaming. I like having other real people around in games now, single player games just feel empty.

4 RepliesThe free dlc, open world, in depth character builds, mature content (destiny rated T haha), story and its characters, the lore and universe, diverse enemies, choices and consequences. They are two different games, for sure. But seriously can't deny the quality CD Prokekt did with $50 mil budget compared to Bungies $500 mil budget. There's a lesson to be learned here, I just know it is.

There is a big difference, Witcher is based off of a book series and Destiny is not, the lore in Witcher 3 has been set in stone by the books, Destiny just came out 7 months ago.
