ToO LIGHTHOUSE CHEST SHOULD BE A WEEKLY HAND-OUT
[b]Either make it so we can get to the Lighthouse and grab that free chest once per week per character or make it 2-3 wins and losses don't matter. [/b] because I paid for the DLC, these contents MUST be available to everyone regardless of skill level.

Fine with lighthouse and treasure room.... Not fine with every time I flawless I am [u][b]guaranteed[/b][/u] an elemental primary, I everything I kill skolas I [u][b]rarely[/b][/u] get an elemental primary. Bungie needs to address this by making an elemental primary drop every time in PoE or drop rarely from the ToO chest.
