PETITION: BAN PRE HoW Legendaries From Crucible
This is pretty messed up. People should not have snipers with final round while others cannot obtain a gun with that perk.
Once more, how is it fair for players to use felwinter's with hammer forged while others need to rely on reinforced barrel?
Removing field scout is a big slap in the face for a majority of players. There's also a glitch to switch this perk with another before using a special ammo crate so you can get more ammo.
Furthermore, pre-HoW IB guns can be re-rolled for their previous perk rolls, while current IB guns cannot receive the same benefits. [b][i][u]THATS MESSED UP!![/u][/i][/b]
edit* - This does not have to apply to raid weapons, since they are obtainable and remain unaltered.
edit 2* - why are all of you butt hurt? over a few crucible weapons I'm receiving threats? Smh
edit 3* - It seems like without your weapons, you're all just defenseless. What a shame.
edit 4* - hurry guys lets have this happen before the next ToO.
edit 5* - Guys, this is only for crucible. If a special snowflake 'earned' his gun, then he's entitled to use it for PvE or let it sit in the vault like a collection should be - unused.

The iron banner weapons were meant for pvp LOL The weapons were fine because you had to actually spam motes or get lucky during iron banner. You can still out snipe someone using final round or bait it out and move out of the way.

The problem is the crucible will never be fair and is not that the way of life? People will have better weapons ,better gear etc and some players will just be more skilful , the joy of killing a class player with your standard weapon doesn't get any better Just think that we have to grin and bear it :(

4 RepliesSo basically if I earn a gun in game, once the next dlc drops I'm then banned from using my gun in PvP, yeah that totally is fair to everyone, especially the people that don't get the opportunity to play often or are coming back from a long hiatus and don't have any new gear.

If you earned that crucible gun before the dlc then you should be able to keep it and you can always just reforge until you get a good perk with the new weapons

WTF? You can easily get old guns still... I got another Invisible Hand a few days ago, and a Steel Oracle before that. Jesus, just cool yer tits and get used to the fact that Destiny has an unbalanced PVP system. It's the way it was built. Just deal with the shit, like every other goddamn player in the game. No need to pamper a hundred of the thousands upon thousands of people playing this game.

Why should day one players be penalised because you werent here to take advantage of the weapons back then? Asking for this perk is like asking for level advantages to be disabled in IB. Snipers are meant to be ohk which is why ive never complained about them. I will never raid but i dont cry nerf when someone kills me with fatebringer/woc etc.
