Been shooting for
Outlaw - single point sling - third eye
Blown 200 motes on it between the last couple IB's and I'm done - not gonna waste any more now that tower gear will be able to reroll

I spent about 20 before I ran out and ended up with shit. I do like the high impact/low ROF of TL though, there's a nice relaxing feel to it. I'm gonna re-roll next IB for pretty much your desired load-out.

I have around 600 ascendants so I'm changing them straight in to Motes ready for re-rolling
