Obsidian Mind in Crucible
So I recently bought the Obsidian Mind from Xur. When I got the perk that gives you super energy for everything you kill with your nova bomb, I went into crucible and saw that my super energy didn't come back when I kill something, is it lagging or does it not work in crucible?

Killing six enemies put the super bar roughly 3/4 the way back up however it doesn't have the same mechanics in PVP as it does PvE meaning killing an elite (yellow bar enemy) gives you more because there essentially supposed to be tougher however in PVP no matter the level everyone is level caped to the max no matter your level so casing point you won't get enough even if you killed the whole team in one nova bomb for the bar to fill noticeably

It doesn't really fill up a lot in crucible.

The amount awarded probably isn't as big as you were hoping.
