Do you crack your knuckles/fingers/joints?
So do any of you purposefully crack your joints, or do you think it causes arthritis and stuff? I think its fine so I crack away. Just curious as to what everyone else thinks.

My thumbs frequently lock up and are incapable of moving until I crack them out of place My left foot does the same thing but the motion of walking cracks itself
