The Denial is Real.
This game is shit. But every day you'll see at least 5 desticles come out of the closet and defend their beloved game "destiny"...
What do you even find good in this game
Pros:
Soundtrack
Skyboxes and artstyle
Cons:
Sub-par gameplay
Fücking grind to hell
Repetitiveness in missions
Terrible Story
Bad RNG system
Misinformed hype
DLC cut content
Etc.

One of your "cons" is actually 100% wrong, and is actually one of the biggest pros. Gameplay is phenomenal. You're not gonna find another FPS game that plays as polished and fun as this one. If you want to know why people still play this game despite all the BS, look no further. PVP is a bit of a different story with the lack of innovation and lag.

11 RepliesGet involved in some grimoire, read the cards of those who have 2700 or higher, do some research on the things that come up in some of the cards ie the real Rasputin, Titanomachy, fenrir, and ragnarok. This story is going to blow your mind one day... but yes bungie did a terrible job at introducing us to the plot.

Even though I don't agree with the extent of what we don't have, Bungie said from the beginning that they intended to build upon and improve the game over a decade. It was never their intention to give us everything from The beginning. It can be thought of as almost episodic, or really more akin to expansions in mmos. We are given a bit at a time until we get a full picture. Not saying we get a good amount of content with each "addition". This is just what was always intended (perhaps not to The same extent). The base game was just meant to set up the world and give us enough plot points to explore over the course of a decade, never to give us a complete storyline from start to finish. This is chapter one of a whole saga.
