I haven't encountered this, but it seems easy enough to avoid...
Capture the other two points and avoid the one they're camping on. Or use Fist of Havoc.

They move their way to the other points with a wall of bubbles its unstoppable with the right team

Oh then I guess I don't really get how this whole thing works because that doesn't make sense to me.

then go watch a video and learn what they're doing. It's really cheap but as it stands now I don't think Bungie will do anything about it unless the vast amount of the playerbase starts participating in this BS method to win PVP games.

Control is not objective-based, its kill-based. You could have all three zones; It won't help you if you're getting killed too often.
