Just got my first Mark of the Unbroken!

20 - 0 on Asylum in Iron Banner just now. For anyone who doesn't know, Mark of the Unbroken is a Crucible medal you get for getting 15 kills or more and not dying for the entire game. My loadout was: Gheleon's Demise (stock from last IB) Felwinter's Lie (Full-auto/hammer forged/Luck in chamber) Jolder's Hammer (Counterbalance/field scout/Crowd Control) Sunsinger Warlock with Sunbreakers and near max Discipline/Intellect build. I did some sprinting in terror towards the end but for most of the game I played fairly aggressively and definitely had some intense head-to-head fights I could have easily lost. Which makes it all the most satisfying. Sorry if this is boasting but I feel stoked and wanted to share. Please talk about your experiences with Mark of the Unbroken.

  • I got a 26-0 with my hunter using 3 little words. I was going for the 15 kill streak and then just kept it going. I had a few close calls and only captured 3 zones. Mostly bouncing back and forth defending 2 zones the whole time. There is an old saying "the sun even shines on a dog's ass every now and then". Haha.

  • Gheleon's on Asylum? Huh, never thought about that. Typically I only use Gheleon's on Shores of Time, but I guess those choke points going into B would be a good place to line up headshots.
