What causes tension between Hunters and Warlocks??
I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!

Edit 9 - MalPen is the only Warlock allowed to eat popcorn with the Titans...he brought beer.
Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens

3 RepliesBecause Hunters are considered useless in the raid by a lot (besides the Crota fight) and 9/10 times when someone dies in a raid all you hear is "don't worry I got self Rez" and that pisses hunters off because those scrubs take their spots. I do like the Voidwalker a lot. Fun class to use all around but 90% of warlocks are self reviving scrubs. Hate those losers in roc because they don't even use their super and make orbs. Honestly why bother saving your self Rez in a level 26 strike with revives enabled -_-

It's funny because even the game implements that there is tension between the warlocks and hunters ...I don't have a problem with warlocks... I'll murder them in a heart beat..... It's the titans I can't stand.. Damn muscle heads

Actually, looking at the dialogue of Hunters and Warlocks, it looks like that it's less tension, more the sort of ribbing that comes from a sort of symbiotic relationship. Titans are fixed-point defenses, while Hunters and Warlocks are both more accustomed to the world beyond the walls. In different ways, yes, but still outside. Hunters go out, explore, and find the ancient ruins, which then brings the Warlocks to investigate the significance of the ruins themselves.

Umm... It's just a class. People like to feel like they belong (human nature) but where the majority of the player base is prepubescent, they think of the video game as real having actually joined a group and feel the need for closure. Fun fact: Cults and various erratic religious groups like to take advantage of these easily manipulated juveniles all the time and mold them to what they wish, to do their bidding.

If anything I enjoy the bickering between the classes as it just adds something more to the game and am sure it's something Bungie enjoy. Truly we all know the classes are great in their own right and in different situations.

If hunters bunny hop, they do it in mid air. (I've never seen a bunny hop while it was already in the air)

Technically, hunters are the only class who should actually be allowed outside the walls. Titans guard the wall, and warlocks just study inside the wall. We, on the other hand, do our business outside the walls. To be perfectly honest though, I feel like being inside the wall probably had a better story line than what was going on outside the wall...

I LOVE both classes I like the warlocks jump better then any of the other ones but that's just because that's what I started out with I do like the warlocks grenades tho but both have their strengths and their weaknesses
