What causes tension between Hunters and Warlocks??
I've seen the 'floofing about' and 'we taught them to blink' statements on Warlock gear but is there more stuff in the Grimoire? Also, even without the grimoire, I see alot of back and forth between Warlocks and Hunters on a daily basis. Are Warlocks just jealous nerds, are Hunters just stuck up cool kids?
Edit 1: It's funny how the Titans just sit back with popcorn watching all this go down.
Edit 2: I'm seeing claims of sexual tension, very interesting stuff!

Edit 9 - MalPen is the only Warlock allowed to eat popcorn with the Titans...he brought beer.
Edit 10 - It has been speculated that the 'squishy' floofy Warlocks are just pretending to be friends with the Titans just so they can use them as muscle against the Hunters.....the plot thickens

No class is superior, and if you ever need me, I'll be in my ward of dawn with my popcorn. Although I don't believe any class is superior, I do like to watch the Hunters and Warlocks go at it.

Warlocks are just jealous they have the most useless supers. Only time they come in handy it is for cheesing. Cheesing is for scrubs. My logic: warlocks are scrubs

Obviously becuz Warlocks are jealous the speaker gives them Arm bracelets and gives the hunters badass cloaks..... Jk i use hunter more becuz it's my highest level but I love both

Long ago, the first guardians where the Warlocks, who studied the traveler and unlocked its secrets, and the power of light. Then came the titans, who where blessed with the light in order to defend the traveler and it's flock. But then there were the hunters; the rogues, the scavengers, the nomads, and the thieves. Now, understandably, the Warlocks were a little ticked off at this; why should these people on the fringe of society receive the same blessing as those who devoted their lives to understanding and unlocking the ways of the traveler? It was insulting, demeaning to all of their work and dedication, and a slap in the face. Warlocks feel like the mere existence of the hunters is a slight against them, and due to their very nature, Hunters don't really fit in very well with society, and bashing on warlocks gives them something of a common ground. From those early days, the rivalry between the two has only gotten stronger. Hunters have even [url=http://destiny.wikia.com/wiki/Aphorisms_to_Anger_Warlocks]written an entire guide to angering warlocks[/url]. Now, if we're talking about why there's a rivalry between them in the community, it's because class differences are one of the easier things to fight about. Everyone has one that they prefer, and when one person prefers something, they'll defend their choice and put down others choices to the bitter end because they don't want to admit that maybe, just [i]maybe[/i], every class has something to offer.

I think it's because Warlocks are the intellectual, and hunters are the "street smart" if you will. Those types always have conflicts as they both feel entitled to be smarter and therefore "better" than the other.

4 RepliesIs it just me who noticed how good bladedancer medics are? Just us blink and invis to get to a teammate and use a crest of alpha lupi to revive faster, and also use the arcblade to fly over the top. This has saved my team so many times.
