Can someone tell me why I just went through vog hard mode on warlock havent done it and got nothing. Not a shard or anything?

I knew I hadn't done mine either, I'm just saying that the advisors didn't change after I did them nor get I get any loot from them this week. I'm saying I'm in the same situation and highlighting additionally issues that may be related...
