Fire Orb/Soul Arrow makes quick work of it. Or you could use the summon sign under the stairs leading up to the fight to get the aid of Beatrice, who has magic.

Well, I've beaten a long time ago at this point. Now I'm stuck on Gravelord Nito. It's funny, [i]he[/i] never kills me, his skeletons do.

Divine weapons, bro. Or magic, once again. Just whittle done the skelly's to a manageable (as they'll keep respawning) number, and focus on Nito. That's I do any, anyway.
