"KirmitThefrog" comes forward.
So apparently "KirmitTHEfrog", the guy who deleted the kid's characters over SharePlay recently, is innocent.

It's not like you can Goggle how to create a phony police report. Can't you just leave the guy alone? I can't believe game informer would lie, I mean I guess it's possible, but really I just don't care either way. "Adam" whether at fault or not isn't the issue, Henry whether he was tricked or was cheating isn't the issue. This whole thing just needs to stop, and people need to understand not to share play with people you don't know. That's the issue.

Give me a break. The "It wasn't me, it was some one else using my name" is the oldest excuse in the book. I feel bad about the car accident, but I don't believe for a second that it was other people using his psn account. Why not turn off auto log in and make sure the password isn't there if you know others are going to use your console. Let them make their own psn name on your console instead of logging into yours.

He has deleted multiple peoples characters, since 2012... I've seen that on the forums, and this seems like bull because he did this to someone else on October 31st, one day before this "accident".

Well either he has horrendous friends and he is negligent in allowing them to use his machine or he is feeling bad and trying to place blame elsewhere. We are all responsible for what is done on our own consoles. I hope Kermit is ok and hope that he looks after his ps4 in future too
