Random unusual encounter in patrol
So I recently had a bizarre encounter on a patrol.
In Russia, I walked into an area that for no apparent reason had at least 4 times the number of enemies, almost all of which were majors (Yellow health bar) and were re-spawning just as quickly as they were killed. No mission running, no high level players, nothing out of the ordinary other than the mass of bad guys. It was rather fun for around 10-15 minutes until just as inexplicably it stopped. I've not been able to replicate this since the first time it happened.
Has anyone else seen the game do this? I'm almost hoping it wasn't a fluke glitch as it was a lot of fun.

happened to me on venus, minotaurs showed up going after fallen vandals and captains, of course they dead now.

5 RepliesIts just an event. Youll get a message saying "the enemies are forming against eachother" or something like that and itll spawn large groups of two different enemies like hive and fallen thatll attack eachother and you can join in

It has happened to me a few times while i was farming. So i think it is an event of some sort. It was alot of fun

I had that encounter in the beta. Seems like a rare thing though

Its happened to me before during the beta and it was so much fun. Its basically a fire fight between the hive and the fallen. Im pretty sure its not a fluke since it happened to me when i played with my friend and once when i did it by myself.

Where you I'm the rocketyards or skywatch? Those are two war event areas on earth
