CALL TO ARMS IS A GUARDIAN GAMES LITE MONEY GRAB WITH A SCORING ISSUE

This event is only 2 weeks long and then that time frame there are 40 rewards that you can earn but you would have to grind your life away to hit that mark. Oh but wait, you can purchase the levels for 100 silver which is about $1 so spending $40 (oh wait that's right there is no $40 silver option, well looks like you're going to have to spend $50) you can just buy it all. The scoring on this is all messed up one minute you're in the top 1% the next minute you're not even in the top 10% and people aren't playing so what's going on with that. When reset hit the tower was full every time I've been back all day the tower is completely empty. With all due respect let's be real. This was just the way to drum up extra money because there's not enough time in a two-week span to go 40 levels for the average player. In the same time frame for heavy metal it was only I believe 15-20 levels and that took grinding. You didn't decrease the XP requirements for these levels so this is a complete grind fest. This event is really terrible. You guys picked the worst PVE things to do and forced PVP on those that do not want to play it. For a quick breakdown of how this felt when I logged in it goes like this: - Where do I get the quest from? Never mind it just magically appeared on me. (This feels hollow and cheap) - Go talk to Devron who is now at the tower and go play The Salt Mines which is a horrible solo map to be able to play unlock the other multiplayer activities. - oh wait I did The Salt Mines but now I have to spend a half an hour getting one of these daily challenges done? - okay so now I got that done now I got gold on my solo mission let's go do the coil. - okay I got gold on both oh wait now both of them say that they are top 10% instead of top 1% Carrot and Stick tactics. Oh and why are we playing Guardian Games Lite and calling it Call to Arms? Positive is the rewards on the reward track are really nice. The negatives are they're out of reach for most players because 40 levels with the drip feed XP that you give once you finish your daily challenges are comical unless you want to buy them all Smdh

  • Remember, Bungie wrote code for it to be this bad. Yeah it really sucks but it is working exactly as intended. They will under deliver fun, rewards, and loot while you will have to over deliver your time playing this stupid event
