People are missing things because they refuse to play through a broken and ill thought out system. By the time you finish fixing things so that the average player can enjoy it the events are almost over (if they get fixed at all). Those like me will check in and see some rewards and say “that looks kind of nice, oh well”, then they log out because they know they will not see those as they do not and are not willing to give the absurd amount of time you are asking for a single game that receives very minimal development. Even SONY is mad at you now. You are acting like a game shop owner that does not listen to its present player base about what products to order and then wonder why you go bankrupt after no one buys the products you put out or even show up to use your space.
