Secant Filaments Not Granting Devour
Hi! Secant Filaments I thought was supposed to grant devour when paired with an empowering rift, however it is currently not granting devour at all.
Edit: it’s working again? Idk man

Yeah it's still a bit buggy since the last bug that lasted 1.5 years. (Devour would not proc if facet of protection was procc'd) I haven't played enough to find why devour doesn't always proc, but I'm with you, I've seen it happen, or not happen. It also doesn't allow Echo of Persistence to extend devour effect if you have Secants on. Unfortunately you'll need a video to prove anything. When I made a video at final shape launch, they 'passed it along' and it took 1.5 years for a fix, soooo good luck I guess.
