Not recieving any twitch drops and unable to unlink twitch account to bungie
as title says i am not recieving any twitch drops i claim on twitch, i checked the partners reward and there's no history of any drops being redeemed since april 2024 even tho i have redeemed plenty since and i still have the account linked, since i didn't know what to do about it i tried unlinking the twitch accout, but i was met with this : The error code: ErrorCannotLoadLinkedCredential , so i googled it and found this forum post : https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/260891260 , tried to do what the commentor suggested, sadly it didn't help.

Checking Twitch - the account 'sahmo_' isn't showing as existing. Did you, in the past, change the name on the account without unlinking the account from your Bungie.net first? if so - that has been known to cause issues in the past with being able to unlink it as its not considered the same account anymore. If that is the case you'll need to work with Twitch to resolve that problem as Bungie will not forcibly unlink the account.
