Not receiving Rallying Cry shader Twitch drop
Hello - I’ve claimed the Rallying Cry shader on Twitch and it shows on my partner rewards page here on Bungie, but it’s not showing up at the special deliveries terminal in game. I’ve restarted multiple times throughout the day and nothing yet. Is this a common issue right now or unique to me? Any way it can be pushed to my account?

Pretty common with all twitch rewards. It's very frequently an issue. I have claimed it on twitch and it's showing up no where
