Yet again you don't understand it seems. All Destiny players are not PVP players. And all PVP players are not into PVE content. So stop FORCING them with quest and WEEKLY CHALLENGES into PVP or PVE is a total turn off.
I have nothing against PVP players that want to play pvp. Friends of mine jist love to do that.
But PVE and PVP should be 2 separate entities in that game and not mixed together.
Or you put A PVE and a PVP options on the quest or daily/weekly challenges so this way it can be completed the way the players wants it to be complete
Like for Catalyst. 85 % can be completed either PVE or PVP. Then why some are only PVP?
Put a PVE way too like kill 1500 Knight barrier champions. I'll do that any day of the weeks instead of been force into PVP cheaters and hackers lobby

Then don’t force pve on pvp players and you got a deal

It’s a single PvP completion (not even a win) to clear the Triumph, with an additional completion if you want to clear the Weekly Challenge during both weeks of the Event. While there are Daily Challenges that progress more quickly in PvP, they can be completed in PvE as well. I don’t know what the Hidden Triumph for gilding the Title requires but based on the rest of the Event it seems unlikely to be PvP-centric. And Event Track progress can be earned by completing any Event Activity, meaning you can grind out PvE as much as you like to reach Rank 40. So it breaks down to: • two PvP runs if you want the extra Bright Dust and Event Track progress from Weekly Challenge completions • one PvP run if you want the Title (unclear about Gilding) • zero PvP runs if you don’t care about either of the above (this is an optional Event, after all) (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)

I’m only playing pvp and it’s pretty much unplayable now . Long wait times , sometimes time out and you have to restart then when you do get a game it’s full of the sweatiest hand cannon uses that are pretty much all that’s left and live in the crucible. I’m trying now ….it game nervy all HC’s on other team so it was easy for them. After 7 minutes still waiting….this absolute crap but knew it was heading this way and will only get worse till most people just walk away like me .

1 ReplyJust do the damn pvp, it’s not that hard and it’s almost always something that can be done in 30 minutes. I put up with all the PvE nonsense because I like loot, you can do the same for pvp

2 RepliesAlso allow all gear to be earnable on either PvE or PvP track. Why do I have to play trials to get unwavering duty as a PvE only player? Obviously give the same functionality to those who only want to play PvP. Just gaining power from both tracks isn't enough, it's a looter shooter, players mostly care about gear, power is just a hurdle to get higher tiers.

Pvp is not that hard

Requirements for quests and seasonal challanges are all optional.
