constant ERROR CODE: broccoli

So I decided to play destiny 2 again recently and I found it really fun and nostalgic I even decided to buy the legacy edition to catch up with the story and continue where I left off, but unfortunately around every 15 - 20 minuets I crash with the error code broccoli. I've tried everything from updating my bios and graphics card to the latest versions and rolling them back to a previous version, changing bios settings, XMP and playing on low graphics without any audio but nothing works. At first it was just mildly annoying but now it has just become genuinely frustrating. ESPECIALLY when I'm going through haunted alters and crash right towards the end not getting any rewards as I am unable to join back before it ends. If anyone knows how I am able to fix this or if bungie are working on a fix please let me know as at this point I'm stumped and might as well just keep playing with how it is. Edit 1: I tried allowing both destiny and battle-eye to be run as an admin with debug mode enabled on the nvidia control panel with minor success, I was able to play for about 1 ish hours (getting through 2 haunted alters and a fireteam op) but still the issue persists. Edit 2: So my luck yesterday seemed to be a fluke as today I've had varying results. At one pint I was able to play for over 45 minuets where as the next I was only able to play for 1 and in orbit non the less. each time I crashes they are a little bit different with some crashes freeze the game and I have to exit the application through task manager, others causing a windows problem and forcing my whole system to restart. At this rate I would really appreciate some human input on this matter; preferably from a dev or player who has experience with this issue in the past instead of another generic "help bot" response of a list "fixes". have been through multiple times.

 • Hi there, Error code: BROCCOLI signifies a problem with the detection of the player’s GPU, often due to a driver crash. If you haven't already, we recommend that you update your graphics card drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website instead of through their app. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date stable drivers and can help resolve these types of issues. You may want to try the following steps as well:
1. Enable "Game Mode" in Windows 10 or, if you already have "Game Mode" enabled, try disabling it. 2. If you use EVGA Precision for overclocking, you may want to disable that since it doesn't play well with Destiny 2. MSI Afterburner might be a good alternative to use. 3. In your Settings, cap your framerate to keep GPU usage below 90% to see if this helps. 4. If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, see if the card stabilizes using NVIDIA's temporary debug mode. 5. Some players have reported that a mild underclock for GPU clock of around -100MHz and GPU memory around -50MHzz may help with this issue.
