Honestly, at that point it feels like whatever they say they are gonna get s*** on anyway, so might as well stick to the bare minimum and let the changes in game do the talking. As a player, I’d rather they say nothing if they have nothing to say than putting out a “we hear you” followed by half baked reward and sandbox tweak. There’s no way they are not aware of the situation, and I rather they take their time to regroup and think about their next steps rather than try to put out fire every week. The issue that plague D2 since EoF are not quick and easy fix.
