Every other solo flawless emblem does it except Shattered Throne's, but at least that counts flawless completions. Prophecy? Nah. Arguably the coolest solo flawless emblem can only count heroic public events and weekly flashpoint challenges. What's even the point? Just add the option. I did it a second time for no reason, should have looked first.
