Never faced more than a 2 stack in banner since its in when playing solo Welcome to sbmm on top of fbmm. With low populations this would happen. Especially in the end of the season

Haven't faced a single fireteam this season, besides the extremely rare 2 stack You are just too addicted to your "Freelance" safety blanket, but FTBMM is the same has freelance without splitting the player population -
8 RepliesThis FTMM is garbage. By Bungie's own figures it leaves freelancers more often than not facing teams. It's even undesirable with groups on your side, especially in FTMM in 3v3s, where you're often reduced to being a spectator in someone else's game. Now, it's the first thing I look at and then instantly leave if there's groups. They can set you up to have a bad game all they like and time you out all they like, it doesn't mean you need accept it. It's OUR time.

This is the best its ever been, and it is my favorite PvP activity again, which is fantastic. I do feel it is beneficial to have both team and solo queues though. I'm content being solo in team IB but I know it can be frustrating for people. For this game I really support the idea of having team and solo queues for all PvP activities, given how oppressive playing against stacks can be for people. Oh! It may be a time of day thing. Late night is always infinitely worse than daytime because people just play fundamentally differently between those times. Seems midnight is the beginning of sketchy matches and questionable happenings, and alot more connection issues, probably because we have to connect from much farther away as more local people go to bed. That may be a factor in the experience. I usually do not play too late due to that. Tried last night and it was connection issue city. It was all fine before that though.

I would prefer freelance so solo players don't get steamrolled by stack teams

It was even more laggy than it is now. The desync connections issue is pretty bad as it is.

You know what I can’t believe I’m even saying it ….this IB has been fun ! No error codes , disconnections and fairly balanced games 🤷🏼♂️

5 RepliesI just started playing this season like two weeks ago. I love how I am at the top of the leaderboard and at the end I get zero commendations bc everyone is in a fireteam together and they’re all giving commendations to each other. What a great system that is.

2 RepliesLook on the bright side at least solos aren’t playing a whole 6 stack. Which is the real reason fbmm and sbmm was added to the qp and iron banner play list.
