Hi, at the time of this post it has been about 3-4 days since Lightfall was launched. I have been trying to unlock the Thunderhead Grips as a gauntlet ornament for my Hunter, I even got the gauntlets twice now and they show up in my collections as having obtained them, but they don't show up on my list when I look at the appearance customization screen. I have the other pieces of the Thunderhead set from Neptune aside from the helmet and they show up on my list, but not the gauntlets. Initially I thought it was because I infused the first ones into my equipped gauntlets, so I made sure to just dismantle the 2nd ones to see if that would fix the issue but nope. I have enough synthweave strap to make them an ornament, so I don't get why the game won't let me make them an ornament. I'd appreciate any help with the issue.
