How on earth does the Trials matchmaking pool work?
(be ready for a little salt)
Question for anyone that knows:
How is it possible that I:
-who has NEVER gone flawless
-playing on a flawed card
-gets matched against a 3-stack team that is one win away from the Lighthouse
-with two other solo players
-and because of a HUGE skill gap, get swept 5-0, NO CONTEST???
How is this fair matchmaking? Why aren't they getting put up against a team that has a similar skill level to them? Why aren't they getting put up against another 3 stack? Why am I, a flawed card player, getting put against a team that is ONE WIN away from the Lighthouse? I understand this is supposed to be the pinnacle PvP experience, but...SERIOUSLY? I'm just grinding through to get my reputation high enough to get that new LMG, but this match legit made me question... HOW IS THIS FAIR MATCHMAKING????????
Any legitimate insight on how/why this happened would be appreciated.

The only solos left are embarrassingly bad, and typically don’t care about winning and don’t care getting slaughtered and humiliated world wide, especially on streamers streams. Skill creep has taken over, like every single other time trials comes back. Trials has NEVER successfully retained a large population. Despite Bungies attempt to save it (again…) with the revamp, it STILL wasn’t enough to save the playlist. The revamp was more or less a failure to save trials, like every other attempt before this one. I’m just going to say this… Permanently stop playing trials… NEVER attempt it again. Not for weapons, armor, or cosmetics. Going in solo is literally a death sentence. Your almost NEVER going to win solo, because solo play is nearly dead anyway… Your wasting your time, and ruining your experience with this game. Quit trials permanently, you’ll enjoy this game more. Let the playlist die (again…). I gave up on trials after watching a a stream. Never attempted it. Probably never will. Record will permanently remain 0.
