Heya everyone. Considering the absolutely awful new player compatibility of this game, it's just a thought that we should stop making mods so random from A.D.A and instead lock them behind specific activities or something. Or better yet make them buyable from particular vendors, this gives us reasoning to grind out reputation with them besides engrams and also allows us to work towards a build we actually want. EX: Zavala sells the combat style mods and you can buy them when you reach rank 7 for 10K glimmer each. Shaxx sells the dexterity and unflinching mods at rank 3, and aim assist at rank 7. etc....
Can have banshee sell ammo finders, holsters, and scavengers at 3, 5, and 7 or something. Drifter sells...idk honestly, nobody likes gambit. Like there are better ways than purposefully locking new lights out of buildcrafting, which I can argue is probably one of the most fun things in this game. This creates a gameplay loop for newer lights to work towards while already grinding the stuff we have available. and rewards them for playing their preferred modes, with PvP awarding PvP oriented mods and PvE allowing guardians to spice up their combat styles.
also rework warmind cells to work with any gun. thanks.
