Season of the Seraph Intro Mission and Quest Not Loading On Warlock
On Tuesday, I loaded onto my Warlock and did not get put into the intro cutscene or mission. I loaded onto my Hunter, and it worked fine. Got through the mission and finished this week's available quest steps. Tonight, Thursday, I loaded back onto my Warlock hoping it was fixed, and same thing. However, when I looked at Europa, I saw the mission was there. After completing it, I was put back on the HELM, which is what should happen, but when I went to the Exo Frame, Clovis didn't awaken the body, and there was no quest for me to pick up. I went to the Quest Archive but nothing was in there for me to pick up. This same thing happened last season, Plunder, and on my Warlock as well, but worked fine for my other characters. Do any players, or if a dev or community manager sees this, know something I could do to fix this? I literally cannot progress the season on my Warlock as it stands.

2 RepliesUpdate on mine, I logged into D2 last night on my Hunter and got the cinematic cutscenes for the Witch Queen Dlc. After I skipped the cutscenes it prompted me to play the Witch Queen campaign on Brave or Legendary. I clicked to back out, then I was in orbit and the Season of the Seraph appeared to do the first mission on Europa.

1 ReplyEdited by That Damned Ginger: 12/10/2022 9:59:39 PMI found a work around!!! You will need a friend to make this work. Load into a character that you haven't started the new season with. (I don't know about characters that have started, but quit the quest). When the seasonal opener starts and you arrive on Europa: >Have a friend join up with you. >Make them party lead. >Swap characters to one that didn't progress correctly. >Rejoin your friend with the problem character. >Finish the quest, and let it take you to the helm. That should force the game to make Clovis give you the More Than A Weapon quest. Enjoy!

I’m having the same issue in terms of the seasonal quest not dropping for me. I tried on two characters to play the intro mission, get forced to the HELM, and pray the seasonal quest drops from the Clovis bot, and it didn’t happen either time. The only response I’ve seen so far is “double check the quest archives” which have nothing waiting for me. So now I am just waiting for someone to acknowledge this as a problem which hasn’t happened yet. Very frustrating to be the only one in the friend group that can’t play the activity because it doesn’t exist.

Exact same issue here - According to a mod on my post you're supposed to receive a mission and you speak to Mara Sov. This just didn't drop for me whatsoever on my Warlock and Hunter. Lost count of the amount of posts I've responded to with this issue to try and get Bungie aware of this as the season is unplayable so far.

Having the same issue. Bought the SP and can't even play it. Beyond frustrated.

Last season this occurred, all I did then was load up the mission on another character who has not completed the quest step yet, then had a friend join once the mission loaded. I promoted my friend then switched character to my hunter and rejoined the session. Once I completed the mission that was started by my other characters I received the quest on my hunter. BUT this was last season, I haven't tested this method for season 19. So at the moment I am in the same boat. Also look at your artifact slot on your warlock, my hunter slot was acting as if it was still season 18 based on what it read.
