I have a lot of questions about game support.

Where did my two orders from the local store go? 1)One order never reached me. The track number was not updated and just disappeared. 2)On September 29, they promised me that they would send the order to me. And it will take 2-3 weeks. It's been 2 months and the order hasn't shipped. 3) I was banned for the curtailed ArtMoney program. There were no attempts to hack the game, I'm just a fool who forgot to close the program before entering the game. I understand that in the last paragraph I violated the rules of the community, but it was just my indiscretion and stupidity. I wouldn't cheat on a game that I love. I wouldn't cheat on a game where it's hard to buy add-ons.But I still preordered them. Would a cheater buy them? I don't think. Because I'm not a cheater. Why did I sometimes get into osiris on cheaters and they were not banned? I got a ban. They don't. Where is justice? Why Valve go to meet their players? Why does Valve respond to its players as soon as possible instead of being silent for 3 days? Where is my pin and my T-shirt? Where are my answers about the ban?
