Can't access my characters or game info or create fireteam requests
I'm not sure when it started, but my D2 characters and all my game data is not showing up in the app any longer. I'm also unable to create a fireteam request because of this. I'm signed into my account, is there a reason my data is not appearing?

There have been a number of posts where players are having the exact same issue (Error 1618), and what seems to "fix" it was to go and swap out the emblems on each of your characters to a different one. Give that a try.
