Pinnacle missing from Postmaster
After a very buggy final encounter my partner and I finally beat Duality
The game didn't give us any loot chest, it left us stuck on the warping back effect, so we assumed it got sent to postmaster
So I went to the postmaster and grabbed a 1578 New Purpose that would have been my pinnacle
And then it just didn't show up on my inventory OR my vault
Changed locations, reset the game, nothing
It's gone
That was a 3 power up from my current lv and I'm so nettled especially with GMs coming soon because that boos would have been fantastic
I don't know what to do...
Can I even do anything?
The game's kept doing these little things to me lately and it's starting to get on my nerves because I really love it

When using an app, be sure to always refresh before attempting to transfer items. Items in your inventory cannot disappear on their own or via any app. To lose the weapon from your inventory, you would have to manually infuse or dismantle it in-game. If you attempted to transfer the weapon using an app and it failed, the weapon would end up in your Vault, statyed at the source, or you may have transferred to a different character than you intended by mistake. Whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized account access, Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items, and does not replace in-game items that are lost or dismantled.
