While holding a diamond lance, the throwing ability takes over the grenade slot and the slam ability takes over the melee slot right? With HOIL (Heart of Inmost Light) equipped, throwing a Diamond Lance is considered a grenade ability to the exotic and procs empowered melee and class ability. But slamming the lance isn't considered a melee so it can't proc empowered grenade/class abilities. I personally think they should allow the slam ability to proc HOIL, what do you guys think?
