I'm new to the game and learning that most things are locked behind a paywall, however nothing is explained very well so I don't know what I need to access activities. I purchased the season pass because the pirate stuff seemed fun, but while I wait for the next chapter of that (The 4 arm guys are inspecting an artifact or something) I've been doing vanguard (nightfall/playlist), Gambit, and exploring locations / trying to learning the game. (that's all I've found that I can do so far) I've stumbled upon the nightmare containment and that's a pretty neat location, but seems like I'm missing something and I have engrams I cant claim at the crown of sorrow (I think that's what its called), it says i need the season of haunted or something. I know nothing about the story so I don't know what part I'm in or where I should be, but looking at the reviews on steam for the shadowkeep dlc (as I think that's what I need for this haunted stuff), people are saying everything was removed (sunset is the phrase?) from the game. I tried doing some googling to find more information on this and its all very confusing. I read witch queen is the new dlc and there is another new one coming soon, but being so late to the game I don't think I will understand any of the campaign. I'm very lost as to what comes with what and what's been removed, makes it very frustrating for a new player and now I'm thinking I shouldn't purchase anything since it can just be removed from the game. Playing vanguards and exploring planets is fun for only so long and its lame that i have to wait every week for the next part of the pirate questline. Does anyone have some insight or care to explain this some for me? Thanks.
